These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Miss Alignment Tarot websites, free tools, and paid services. By accessing or purchasing from us, you agree to the policies below.

1. Terms of service

Miss Alignment Tarot ("we," "us," or "Miss Alignment") provides tarot readings, spiritual guidance content, free self-service tools, and related products and services for personal use.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase paid readings or services. By using our site or services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

Nature of the service. Tarot and related offerings are interpretive and subjective. Readings reflect symbolic insight and the reader's perspective at the time of the session or delivery. Results are not guaranteed. We do not provide medical, legal, financial, psychiatric, or other professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for those matters.

Conduct. You agree not to misuse our websites or services, harass staff or other users, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content for commercial reuse without permission, or use our materials in a way that violates law or these terms.

Intellectual property. Site design, branding, written content, and original materials belonging to Miss Alignment Tarot are protected. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our proprietary content without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of materials we explicitly make available to share (for example, your own free-draw summary).

Free tools. Free readings and interactive tools (such as the Daily Tarot Draw or Return to Sender Spell experience) are provided as-is, may change or be discontinued at any time, and do not create a client–reader relationship beyond the entertainment and self-reflection purpose described here.

Paid services. Descriptions, turnaround times, and delivery methods for paid readings or products are stated at checkout or on the service page. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of fraud, abuse, or circumstances beyond our control, in which case we will address payment according to applicable law and our policies.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miss Alignment Tarot and its owner(s) are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or opportunity arising from your use of our sites, readings, or tools. Our total liability for any claim related to a paid purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that specific purchase.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site or services after changes means you accept the revised terms.

2. Entertainment purposes & life decisions

All readings are for entertainment purposes only. This includes free draws, guided content, spells or ritual-style experiences offered as self-reflection tools, live or recorded sessions, and paid personal readings.

Tarot does not predict the future with certainty. Any guidance, themes, or suggestions you receive are symbolic and interpretive. You remain solely responsible for your choices.

Miss Alignment Tarot is not responsible for any life decisions you make based on readings or content. Do not rely on tarot as a substitute for professional counsel in health, mental health, law, finance, safety, or relationships. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis resource.

3. Return policy, refunds & cancellations

There are no returns. Because readings and digital or personalized spiritual services are intangible and delivered for your exclusive use once work begins or content is provided, we do not accept returns of readings or related services.

Readings are final sale. All tarot readings and comparable personalized services are sold as final sale. Once purchased, the sale is complete subject only to any non-waivable rights that may apply under the law of your jurisdiction.

No cancellations. Orders for readings and personalized services may not be cancelled after purchase. We do not offer cancellation of scheduled or queued reading work once the order is placed.

Physical merchandise, if offered separately, follows any return instructions stated on the product page at the time of purchase. If no separate merchandise return policy is stated, physical goods are also treated as final sale unless required otherwise by law.

If you believe there was a billing error or technical failure that prevented delivery of a paid service you purchased, contact info@missalignmenttarot.shop promptly with your order details so we can investigate.

4. Privacy policy

We respect your privacy. This section explains what information we may collect and how we use it when you visit our sites, use free tools, or purchase services.

Information you provide. You may share details such as your name, email address, payment information (processed by our payment providers), order notes, questions or intentions for a reading, and messages you send us. Free tools may ask for optional text (for example, a guidance question) that stays in your browser session unless you choose to share it elsewhere.
